abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in oil resistance, rubber elasticity, mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and moldability, and a molded article obtained from the composition. The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a functional group-containing olefin copolymer rubber composition modified with a vinyl monomer having a polar functional group in an amount of 90 to 40% by weight. And (B) 10 to 60% by weight of a polyamide resin composition, wherein the functional group-containing olefin copolymer rubber composition (A) is a functional group-containing olefin copolymer rubber (a) and a rubber softener. (B), and the polyamide resin composition (B) comprises a polyamide resin (c) and a plasticizer (d), and the functional group-containing olefin copolymer rubber is contained in the polyamide resin composition (B). It is characterized in that the composition (A) has a dispersed phase structure.
