(57) Abstract: A hybrid polypeptide having both angiogenesis-regulating activity and collagen-binding activity and useful as DDS of angiogenesis-regulating factor, and a composite biomaterial of the hybrid polypeptide and collagen. And the provision of these uses. A transformation system comprising a gene encoding the hybrid polypeptide. A hybrid polypeptide comprising a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence constituting a collagen-binding domain obtained by protease degradation of fibronectin and an angiogenesis regulator linked by a genetic engineering technique. The angiogenesis regulator is linked to the carboxyl terminus of the collagen binding FN polypeptide. |
