(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] An inert substance formed after using a reaction reagent Pb 3 XF 5 (X = Cl or Br) for a Friedel-Crafts reaction, a fluorination reaction or the like in the above reaction. Provide a system that regenerates the lead compound to the original reagent, can easily repeat the reaction and regeneration, and has less impact on the environment. An inactive lead compound such as PbClF or PbBrF generated from a reaction reagent is reacted with an aqueous solution of an inorganic fluoride such as ammonium fluoride. A reaction reagent and a reaction compound are placed in a container 1 made of Hastelloy C-22 provided with a stirrer 2 and a filter paper 4 made of polyflon to cause an allylation reaction, and the reaction-filtration-wash-dry-regeneration-filtration-wash-dry is performed.
