titleOfInvention Method for measuring rhodanese, probe and kit therefor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new measurement technique for fractionating and quantifying rhodanese in humans, and a probe and a kit therefor. SOLUTION: This is a probe used for measuring rhodanese (TST) in human, comprising 675 TST gene. A probe consisting of an oligonucleotide hybridizing to the region of 6698; a combination of the probe and a primer pair of a forward primer and a reverse primer consisting of the oligonucleotide hybridizing to the regions 608-628 and 726-704 of the TST gene; A kit for measuring rhodanese in humans; and a method for measuring rhodanese, which comprises performing a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the measurement kit and measuring the presence or absence of hydrolysis of the probe used.
