titleOfInvention | Aluminum electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor having good standing characteristics. SOLUTION: The aluminum electrolytic capacitor of the present invention has a DT A conjugate in which phosphate ions are bonded to a water-soluble complex composed of PA and aluminum is contained in a capacitor element using a cathode foil having a silane coupling agent adhered to the surface together with a solvent containing water. Therefore, the amount of phosphate ions in the electrolytic solution can be maintained at an appropriate amount for a long time, and the leaving characteristics of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor are improved by suppressing the deterioration of the electrode foil after leaving. In addition, the initial capacitance is improved. |
