(57) [Problem] To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding building material capable of efficiently shielding electromagnetic waves at low cost. SOLUTION: A conductive ink layer 4 is printed on one surface of base sheets 2 and 3 on at least one plate surface of a panel portion 1 formed of a mixed material of a main component of the panel and a conductive material. Are laminated so that the conductive ink layer 4 is in contact therewith. Electromagnetic waves can be efficiently shielded without increasing the conductivity of the panel itself, and stable electromagnetic wave shielding performance without variation can be obtained. In addition, since the semiconductor device can be manufactured by the same manufacturing process as that of the related art, the manufacturing is easy, the manufacturing yield can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed. |
