(A): a polyfunctional oxetane compound represented by the following formula (1): In the formula (1), X represents an oxetane alcohol unit represented by the following formula (2), Y represents a methoxy group or an ethoxy group, l is an integer of 0 to 2, m is an integer of 0 to 3, n shows the integer of 0-10. (B): Silica particles having an average particle diameter of 0.002 to 10 μm and having the polyfunctional oxetane compound condensed and added to part or all of the hydroxyl groups on the particle surface.
