titleOfInvention Dioxin decomposition treatment method
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A simple fly ash that does not generate toxic by-products. Provide a method for decomposing dioxins contained in soil and the like. SOLUTION: The decomposition treatment method for decomposing or dechlorinating the dioxins in the object to be treated by converting the dioxins contained in the object to be treated into a Grignard reagent state. A dehydration step of removing water, a mixing step of mixing magnesium powder with the object obtained in the dehydration step, and a processing object before, after, and at least one time at the same time as the mixing step. From a heating step of heating, and an accelerating liquid adding step of adding an accelerating liquid for causing a reduction reaction to dioxins in a Grignard reagent state in the object to be processed obtained after the mixing step and the heating step. A method for decomposing dioxins.
