titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for measuring liquid sample |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring a liquid sample which can smoothly and naturally automate the spontaneous discharge of a sample liquid from a sample cell equipped with a biosensor by gravity, and particularly easily. Provided are a method and an apparatus for measuring metals, pesticides, BOD and other enzyme activity inhibitors in water. SOLUTION: A liquid sample for measurement is injected from a liquid sample supply pipe into an empty sample cell which is filled with a cleaning liquid away from the bottom opening of the sample cell into a thin tube connected to the bottom opening of the sample cell. And, by the liquid sample, a measuring method using a sample cell for washing at least the inside of the sample cell, a thin tube connected to an opening at the bottom of the sample cell, and a three-way valve connected to the thin tube in a first flow path. A liquid sample measuring device comprising: a drain pipe connected to a second flow path of the three-way valve; and a cleaning liquid supply pipe including a cleaning liquid supply pump connected to a third flow path of the three-way valve. The discharge time of the liquid sample and the washing water from the sample cell can be made substantially the same, and control by the computer becomes easy. |
