abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a food containing sodium iron chlorophyllin, which has good taste and can suppress defecation odor and bad breath. SOLUTION: Sodium iron chlorophyllin is 0.1 to 15% by weight and 10 to 50% by weight of the plant extract are blended, and preferably, the plant extract is one or two selected from tamarind, houjicha, yucca, champignon, green tea, yellow tea, togenashi, licorice, lemon balm. Foods containing at least one species of sodium iron chlorophyllin.
