titleOfInvention Adsorption type oxygen generator
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a gas generator capable of generating oxygen gas having a low oxygen concentration. SOLUTION: An adsorbent bed filled with an adsorbent for selectively adsorbing nitrogen rather than oxygen, and an air supply means for supplying pressurized air to the adsorbent bed are provided, and oxygen-enriched air is generated by repeating adsorption / desorption. In the adsorption-type oxygen generator, a tank means for storing the exhaust gas from the adsorption bed in the desorption step, a conduit means having an automatic open / close valve connecting the adsorption bed and the tank means, and a gas stored in the tank means are supplied. An adsorption-type oxygen generator, comprising: a gas supply unit that performs the desorption process; and a control unit that opens the automatic on-off valve for a specific time during the desorption process.
