abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an ornament having excellent weather resistance and reduce production cost. Kind Code: A1 A metal plate, a primer layer having a thickness of 1 to 5 μm coated on the surface of the metal plate, and a film having a thickness of 3 to 12 μm formed on at least a part of the surface of the primer layer. And a clear coating layer 13 formed on at least the surface of the pattern layer 12 and having a thickness of 5 to 15 μm and containing an ultraviolet absorber. It has excellent weather resistance and high bonding strength of each layer, and can be manufactured by punching and pressing after forming the above three layers, so that productivity is high.
