abstract [57] [Problem] To provide functional particles having functions such as an abrasive, an adsorbent, an antibacterial agent, a photocatalyst, etc., by changing the fiber texture, water absorption, moisture absorption, moisture permeability, heat retention, bulkiness, etc. A functional fiber sheet-like material which does not impair the properties and is efficiently fixed is obtained. Kind Code: A1 A binder material is applied to at least one surface of a fibrous sheet-like substrate in a dot-like manner to obtain a binder layer, and functional particles are fixed thereon, and at least one of the fibrous sheet-like substrates is fixed. Has a dotted binder layer 2 on the surface thereof, and obtains a functional fiber sheet material on which the functional particles 3 are fixed.
