titleOfInvention | Dioxin receptor gene and its use |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a novel dioxin receptor gene which can be used for a method for measuring a dioxin-like substance. A dioxin receptor gene having the following base sequence (a) or (b): (a) A base sequence encoding a specific amino acid sequence derived from Chinese hamster or CHO cells. (b) a base sequence encoding a dioxin receptor having an amino acid sequence showing 95% or more amino acid identity to the above amino acid sequence. A vector containing the dioxin receptor gene. A virus particle containing the vector. A transformant obtained by introducing the dioxin receptor gene into a host cell which is a mammalian cell or an insect animal cell. A method for producing a dioxin receptor by culturing the transformant. A receptor binding assay comprising a step of bringing the dioxin receptor into contact with a test substance and keeping the temperature. |
