abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a necessary magnetic flux amount, obtain a good magnetic flux distribution, improve the shear strength of the rotor body, and further reduce the cost. An object of the present invention is to provide a suitable motor rotor. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetic poles are fixed to a shaft 2 and are alternately different in a circumferential direction. Each of the magnetic poles is composed of a plurality of magnets 3 arranged in a circumferential direction.
