PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic antireflection film exhibiting excellent optical properties and physical properties and also exhibiting excellent antistatic properties, particularly suitable for a display. SOLUTION: An antistatic antireflection is provided by applying a silicon compound containing at least a cation-modified silicon compound directly or through another layer to one surface of a transparent substrate and curing the same to provide a low reflection layer.
