titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of artificial aggregate
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] Conventionally, stone powder discharged from a crushed stone production plant has been partially reused as a raw material for lightweight aggregate, cement or porcelain, but since it is mostly landfilled, There were issues such as securing landfill sites, protecting the natural environment, and disposal costs. SOLUTION: Fine stone powder generated at the time of crushing stone is dried at a predetermined temperature. Thereafter, the stone powder from the drying furnace is sieved to adjust the particle size, and then the stone powder having a predetermined particle size is fed into a sintering furnace and sintered at 1000 to 1300 ° C. After sintering, the sintered body is cooled, sent to a crusher and crushed, and classified by a classifier into a predetermined particle size (0.25 to 5 mm) to obtain a product. The properties of the obtained sintered crushed stone are equal to or more than those of natural crushed stone obtained by crushing and manufacturing natural rock, and can be used as a substitute for natural crushed stone and as a lightweight aggregate. Also, by mixing water, a clay mineral or a thickener in accordance with the physical properties of the stone powder, a product that can be used as a substitute for natural crushed stone and as a lightweight aggregate can be supplied, and resources can be reused.
