(57) [Problem] To provide a plant growth promoter composed of a physiologically active substance such as polyamine and a biochemical energy substance such as creatine phosphate, and a cultivation method for promoting plant growth. SOLUTION: It is known that a biochemical energy substance such as creatine phosphate has an effect of promoting plant growth, but the effect is improved by adding a physiologically active substance such as polyamine thereto. The effect is caused by phosphorylation of polyamine by creatine phosphate or by the biochemical energy effect of creatine phosphate added to the bioactive action of polyamine. When a plant growth promoter composed of a physiologically active substance and a biochemical energy substance is given to a plant, the plant grows well and brings about a high yield. |
