Method for producing insect repellent film |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an insect repellent film by melting and mixing a polyolefin resin, an inorganic filler and an encapsulated insect repellent. SOLUTION: The method for producing an insect repellent film according to the present invention comprises melting and mixing 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a capsule containing an insect repellent with 20 to 80 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin and 20 to 80 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. After that, an original sheet is manufactured by an inflation or tea-die casting method, and then the film is uniaxially or biaxially adjusted so that the total area stretching ratio is in the range of 1.5 to 36 times according to the required moisture permeability. It is characterized by being stretched, the film produced by this method can maintain the insect repellent effect for a long time by suppressing the insect repellent from quickly moving to the film surface, has moisture permeability, Particularly suitable for application to fruit tree bags. |
