titleOfInvention | High corrosion resistant carbon-containing irregular refractories |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To improve the dispersibility of carbonaceous raw materials, especially carbon black and tar pitch, to obtain a construction body having high strength and low porosity, and to provide a carbon-containing amorphous fire excellent in corrosion resistance. Providing things. SOLUTION: One or two kinds selected from carbon black and tar pitch are based on 100% by mass of the refractory material. 0.5 to 10% by mass of at least one kind of carbonaceous raw material, and 0.1% of sulfonated melamine polycondensate as a dispersant for carbonaceous raw material. By externally adding 0025 to 1.5% by mass, the fluidity under the condition of low water content is enhanced, and the dispersibility of the carbonaceous raw material is improved, whereby the properties are effectively extracted, and the high strength and low porosity are obtained. It becomes an amorphous refractory with excellent corrosion resistance, which gives a construction body with excellent surface finish. |
