abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To recycle dry scrap as an aggregate, to activate a reaction to the cement matrix and to produce a ceramic building material having excellent strength. SOLUTION: When mixing a cement compound material of a ceramic building material composed of cement, silica, aggregate including dry scrap, reinforcing fiber, etc. together with necessary added water, dry scrap in the compound material is mixed prior to the mixing. It is immersed in an aqueous solution in which colloidal silica is dissolved for 1 minute to 2 hours, then mixed with other materials and necessary moisture, shaped, cured and cured after curing.
