SOLUTION: A nonmetallic mineral and a silicate mineral are introduced into raw water as an electrolytic agent to elute ionic substances from the nonmetallic mineral and silicate mineral into the raw water to generate an electrolytic solution. Decompose to produce acidic wash water.
