titleOfInvention Method of forming convex resin film and recording medium
abstract (57) [Problem] To form a ridged resin film made of a resin. A first recess and a second recess are formed on a flat substrate at predetermined intervals, and then exposed between the first and second recesses. The resin liquid is supplied to a flat portion on the surface of the substrate 11. The supplied resin liquid rises due to surface tension, and when the resin liquid is cured in this state, the convex resin film 20 having a uniform width is formed. At the edge of the opening of each of the first concave portion 17a and the second concave portion 17b, a convex portion 18a, 1 8b are formed, and the resin liquid is applied to these convex portions 18a, 1b. Since the liquid is supplied during 8b, no dripping or protrusion of the resin liquid occurs.
