An image forming method using a non-contact heat fixing method, wherein a toner used has a circularity of 0.93 or more and a melt viscosity at 140 ° C. of the toner is 120 or more. mPas · sec or less, and a post-processing using a heated pressure roller after fixing by a non-contact heat fixing method.
