titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of soundproof toothed cable
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a soundproof toothed cable having more excellent soundproofness without impairing the operability and durability of the conventional soundproof toothed cable. SOLUTION: A tooth 2 made of a metal wire is spirally wound around an outer peripheral surface of a core 1 made of a metal wire at equal intervals, an adhesive is dropped on the core 1, and a gap between the teeth 2 is smaller than that of the tooth. A method for producing a soundproof toothed cable in which a synthetic resin or rubber tube 3 having a large diameter is densely spirally wound.
