titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyurethane elastic fiber |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastic fiber capable of imparting excellent elastic recovery characteristics and heat resistance without decreasing yarn breakage in a dry spinning method and without deteriorating the basic yarn physical properties of the obtained polyurethane elastic fiber. A method of manufacturing is provided. SOLUTION: When or after the following components (A) and (B) are reacted in a solvent, a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane is used in an amount of 3% by weight or more of the total solids contained in the polyurethane polymer solution. And spinning the mixture as a spinning solution by a dry spinning method. (A) A urethane prepolymer having two terminal isocyanate groups obtained by reacting a polymer diol having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 8,000 with an organic diisocyanate at 110 to 210 mol% based on the diol. (B) a chain extender having two active hydrogen groups capable of reacting with isocyanate groups and a terminal terminator having one active hydrogen group capable of reacting with isocyanate groups. |
