titleOfInvention | Water-absorbing composite foam |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-absorbing composite foam which has a sufficient amount of water absorption, is excellent in water absorption and water retention, has little swelling at the time of water absorption, and has little decrease in mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The water-absorbent composite form 10 is a molded article in which the skeleton member and the base material are integrated by foam-forming the base material 30 in a molding die 40 in which the skeleton member 20 is arranged. A fibrous structure 20 in which the skeletal member is present throughout the composite foam b or 9.8-98.0 tensile strength when dry (unit N) / Cm 2 ), a porous body 20a having a continuous pore structure having a compressive strength of 78.4 to 490.0 (unit N) with a 25% compressive strength, wherein the base material is made of a hydrophilic polyurethane foam and between the fibers 21b of the skeleton member. Alternatively, the pores 21a are filled. |
