abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for effectively controlling plant diseases by ozone water. SOLUTION: The method for controlling plant diseases of the present invention comprises an electrolytic method. An ozone concentration of 1 to 30 ppm generated on the anode side by the ozone water producing apparatus is used to spray weakly acidic ozone water on the above-ground part of the plant, and the alkaline water by-produced on the cathode side is at or near the root of the plant. By spraying it falls to the ground Promotes the decomposition of ozone water .
