titleOfInvention | Lithographic printing plate support |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a support for a lithographic printing plate comprising an aluminum alloy plate which is a basis of a lithographic printing plate precursor having excellent printing durability and pot-like ink stain resistance. SOLUTION: Fe is 0.2 to 0.5% by mass and Si is 0.1 to 0.5% by mass. 04-0.11 mass%, Cu 0.003-0.04 mass%, Ti 0.010-0.040 mass%, Zn 0.002-0.02 mass%, and Mg 0.05- A support for a lithographic printing plate obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy plate containing 0.50% by mass to a surface roughening treatment and an anodic oxidation treatment, and a preferable support has a center line average roughness Ra of 0.2. 0.6 μm, the maximum height difference Rmax of the pit is 3.0 to 3.0 μm. 6.0 μm, ten-point average roughness Rz is 2.0 to 5.0 μm, Centerline peak height Rp is 1.0 to 3.0 μm, centerline valley depth Rv is 2.0 to 3.5 μm, and average peak interval Sm is 40 to 7 0 μm, average slope Δa is 6.0 to 12.0 °, and peak count Pc is 100 to 200 μm. |
