titleOfInvention Grinding wheel and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a grinding wheel having a uniform arrangement pattern of abrasive grains, a binder, and pores, and a method of manufacturing the grinding wheel. SOLUTION: After a binder layer 12 made of a binder 2 is formed on the surface of an abrasive grain 1, granulation is performed together with a binder 4 so that the abrasive grain 1, the binder layer 12, and the binder layer 14 have a concentric spherical structure. The spherical granules 8 to be formed are produced. Next, the spherical granules 8 are charged into the rotating mold 5 by the conveyor 7 fed at a constant speed. At this time, by synchronizing the feed speed of the conveyor 7 and the peripheral speed of the mold 5, the spherical granules 8 are regularly stacked in the mold 5 one by one. The grinding wheel is manufactured by pressing and sintering the laminated spherical granules 8.
