(57) [Problem] To provide a method for specifically, simply and accurately measuring a lysophospholipid in a sample and a kit therefor. SOLUTION: An enzyme having lysophospholipase activity that degrades lysophospholipid but does not degrade diacyl-type phospholipid is allowed to act on lysophospholipid, and the lysophospholipid is measured by measuring the product. In the case of lysophosphatidylcholine, glycerol-3-phosphorylcholine (GPC) or free fatty acids are generated, and the resulting GPC or free fatty acids are measured specifically. In the case of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), glycerol-3-phosphate (G-3-P) or free fatty acids are generated, and the resulting G-3-P or free fatty acids are measured specifically. These methods provide a method for specifically, simply and accurately measuring only LPC or LPA, and a kit therefor. |
