(57) [Problem] It is difficult to incinerate waste of reaction chips (such as DNA chips) using glass or silicon as a substrate. SOLUTION: The reaction chip substrate made of an organic polymer has a relative fluorescence intensity of 10 or less in visible light with respect to a slide glass for a fluorescence microscope when a fluorescence spectrum is measured. |
