titleOfInvention | Phenolic resin molding compound for commutator |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a phenol resin molding material for commutators excellent in shaft press-fitting property. SOLUTION: The resin component is composed of a novolak type phenol resin and a resol type phenol resin in a mass ratio of 90/10. A phenol resin blended at a ratio of 70/30, with 100 parts by mass of the phenol resin being partially crosslinked NBR8 A phenolic resin molding material for a commutator, characterized in that it contains from 15 to 15 parts by mass, from 120 to 250 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, and from 10 to 20 parts by mass of hexamethylenetetramine per 100 parts by mass of a novolak-type phenolic resin. |
