Represents an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, etc. W 3 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which may be substituted with a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and Z represents -O-,-. Represents S- and so on. m represents 0 or 1, and when m is 0, n represents 0 or 1, and when m is 1, n represents 1. ).
