abstract |
(57) [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced inorganic plate having excellent strength, frost resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A papermaking mat is formed by a wet papermaking method using a slurry of a raw material mixture containing a hydraulic inorganic material, a polyvinyl alcohol-based fiber having a melting point lower than that of a polypropylene fiber, and a polypropylene fiber. When the mat is cured by heating and curing, the polyvinyl alcohol-based fibers are selectively melted, whereby the polypropylene fibers are adhered to the cured hydraulic inorganic material by the polyvinyl alcohol-based fiber melt. |
