titleOfInvention Method for producing aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor electrode
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing an aluminum foil from which an electrolytic capacitor electrode foil having a high capacitance can be obtained. SOLUTION: After obtaining an aluminum foil by a conventional method, the aluminum foil is subjected to final annealing by the following method. First, an aluminum foil is placed in the minimum annealing furnace. Then, before the heating step of raising the temperature in the annealing furnace to a predetermined temperature, the atmosphere is exhausted from the inside of the annealing furnace to reduce the pressure in the annealing furnace to 50 Pa or less. After that, an inert gas containing 10% by volume or more of hydrogen gas is introduced into the annealing furnace. Then, after passing through a temperature raising step under this inert gas atmosphere, through a holding step of holding the inside of the annealing furnace at a predetermined temperature, and a cooling step of lowering the temperature in the annealing furnace, the aluminum foil in the annealing furnace is finally finished. Anneal. The holding step and the cooling step are also preferably performed in an inert gas atmosphere. Further, it is preferable that the pressure in the annealing furnace is always maintained higher than the atmospheric pressure by 0.1 to 5 kPa so that the atmosphere does not flow into the annealing furnace during the final annealing.
