abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a softener composition which is excellent in a softening effect, can give a light texture to a garment without an oily feeling, and is excellent in an anti-fading effect. SOLUTION: (a) In a molecule, one or more carbon atoms having 8 or more Compound having 36 hydrocarbon groups and two or more amino groups at least one of which is a primary amino group or a secondary amino group [component (a)] and (b) an anionic surfactant [(b) Component], such that the ratio of the number of amino groups derived from the component (a) to the number of anionic groups derived from the component (b) falls within a specific range.
