titleOfInvention | Method for producing organic halogen compound decomposition catalyst and method for producing organic halogen compound decomposition filter |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an organic halogen compound decomposition catalyst capable of obtaining an excellent decomposition rate even at a low temperature without fear of resynthesizing dioxins and brominated dioxins. SOLUTION: An organometallic precursor containing Pt and / or Pd and Ti in a molecule by reacting a salt of Pt and / or Pd, an alkoxide derivative of Ti, and an amino acid as an organic conjugate in a solvent. A body is synthesized and heated to obtain an organic halogen compound decomposition catalyst in which fine particles of Pt and / or Pd are dispersed in TiO 2 . Further, this catalyst can be carried on the clean surface of the ceramic filter. Since the active sites can be increased by uniformly dispersing the fine particles of Pt and / or Pd in the titanium particles, the activity is higher than that of the catalyst according to the conventional method, and an excellent decomposition effect is exerted even at less than 200 ° C. |
