(57) Abstract A method is provided for synthesizing oligomers on a solid support using submonomer solid phase chemical synthesis techniques. The method involves a recirculation step in which unused reagents are returned to a reagent container after a replacement step using the reagents, and by-product contaminants are removed as needed. , Are removed from the recycled reagent using a suitable capture agent.
