The present invention also relates to oral and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds having an unpleasant taste, wherein said oral and pharmaceutical compositions are provided with phosphorylated amino acids, such as phosphotyrosine, phosphoserine, phosphothreonine and mixtures thereof.
