(57) [Summary]n The present invention provides an antimicrobial concentrate comprising a metal pyridinethione and a second antimicrobial selected to be biologically effective in a pH range complementary to the metal pyridinethione. The second antimicrobial may be an aromatic halogenated phenol such as triclosan, dichlorophen and trichlorcarban. The present invention also provides antimicrobial cleaning implements and plastic materials, and methods of making the same. |
