titleOfInvention DNA bracketing locus matching standard for electrophoresis
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bracketing of known length and sequence, locus matching, or specific DNA use, which can be used for various applications including measurement of TCR-A and TCR-B gene polymorphism CDR3 regions. The purpose is to provide a method for producing a standard. A loci fragment length polymorphism compatible sequence or specific DNA marker is used to determine the length of some or all known alleles of that locus during electrophoretic separation. Created with the goal of close bracketing without duplication. Due to the approximate sequence and fragment length related to the allele at the target locus, bracketing locus compatibility markers co-electrophoresed in the same lane as the sample allele from that locus indicate the length of the sample fragment. Provides an accurate conversion standard for determination.
