abstract (57) [Summary] An apparatus for measuring the content of a predetermined substance in a fluid has been published. The device comprises a porous reactive assembly (1), which depends on the volume of fluid passing through the assembly but changes color gradually as it reacts with the substance, and opens at both ends of the long axis; A hollow tube (2) containing the assembly; and a scale (3) at the longitudinal axis of the tube containing the reactive assembly, said scale providing a predetermined volume of fluid passing through the assembly. A thermal indicator (8) calibrated according to volume and indicating when the reactive mass has reached a critical heat temperature corresponding to a passage through the mass of fluid volume equal to the normalized volume. Have. The device is particularly useful as an exhalation analyzer and for measuring air pollution levels.
