Co-stimulation of T-cell proliferation by bispecific, costimulatory chimeric proteins |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: A soluble, bispecific, consisting of: a) a binding region that recognizes specific surface cells on target cells and b) a region covalently linked thereto that has the ability to co-stimulate T cell proliferation. The fusion protein can be used to specifically co-stimulate T cells against the target cells. |
