(57) [Summary]nA therapeutically useful platelet substitute containing fibrinogen, or the like, comprises an insoluble carrier to which is attached an essentially non-degraded active protein containing an RGD sequence. Such a conjugate can be prepared by a conjugation method so as to contain 0.01 to 2.5% by weight of active fibrinogen and 50% or less of inactive fibrinogen. |
