Mutant penicillin G acylase |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides a method for modifying an enzyme activity, preferably E. coli. A new mutant penicillin G acylase from E. coli is provided. These penicillin G acylases are obtained by expression of a gene encoding a penicillin G acylase having an amino acid sequence that differs from wild-type penicillin G acylase by at least one amino acid. |
