Method for determining abnormal expression of APC protein |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are a group of proteins involved in T cell activation, and nucleic acid molecules encoding them. Various uses of these substances are also described, such as determining the presence or absence of an aberrant APC protein. This determination can be used to determine a predisposition to colorectal cancer or as a diagnosis of the disease. Also disclosed are nucleic acid molecules that encode these proteins. |
