(57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a method for producing granulocyte colony stimulating factor (hGCSF) and human growth hormone (hGH) from yeast using a recombination DNA technique. More specifically, the present invention produces hGCSF or hGH from yeast using a composite promoter comprising two yeast-derived genes, a yeast killing toxin leading peptide, and a yeast expression vector containing the amino terminus of IL-1β. It is about the method. The present invention relates to a method for producing hGCSF from yeast using an expression vector having an HSP promoter and a secretory signal sequence. |
