titleOfInvention | Method for producing inducible recombinant adeno-associated virus using T7 polymerase |
abstract | (57) Summary An efficient method for producing recombinant AAV is described. In one aspect, three vectors are introduced into a host cell. The first vector directs the expression of T7 polymerase. The second vector has rep and cap under the control of the T7 promoter. The third vector contains the rAAV cassette containing the minigene flanked by the AAV ITRs. In a second aspect, a host cell is stably transfected to contain a plasmid with one of the required vector components, and the host cell is double transfected / infected. |
