titleOfInvention Lithium transition metal composite oxide for positive electrode active material of lithium secondary battery and lithium secondary battery using the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a lithium transition metal composite oxide having less cycle deterioration when used as a positive electrode active material. In addition, by using the lithium transition metal composite oxide as a positive electrode active material, a lithium secondary battery having good cycle characteristics, especially when used in a high-temperature environment, is provided. SOLUTION: The lithium transition metal composite oxide is one in which primary particles are aggregated to form secondary particles, and a ratio of an average volume of the primary particles to an average volume of the secondary particles is 0.01 or more. I do. By reducing the number of the primary particles constituting the secondary particles, even when the secondary particles collapse due to charging and discharging, the conduction is not interrupted, and the cycle deterioration can be suppressed to a small value.
